By booking, you agree that you have read the Indian Head Massage policy and are confirming that an Indian Head Massage will be safe for you. 

You are also confirming that you will be happy to fill out the medical form below and if necessary send via email, any signed doctors' medical forms prior to the Indian Head Massage.

​The following is in place to care for my clients' health and well-being by guiding me appropriately to ensure I can carry out the Indian Head Massage to suit your individual needs. Below are a list of the contraindications:

​Please be aware that if you have any of the following conditions, I cannot carry out an Indian Head Massage on you:​​​​

• First trimester of pregnancy

• Fever

• Recent accidents, injuries or surgical interventions

• Acute infectious diseases (eg. flu, chest infection)

• Local infectious and contagious skin disorders

• Inflammation and swelling

• Recent whiplash

If you have any of the following, please seek medical advice prior to booking​

• Acute Rheumatism

• Arthritis/Osteoporosis in treatment area

• Asthma

• Cancer

• Cardiovascular Conditions (eg. thrombosis, phlebitis, angina, pacemakers)

• Hypertension or Hypotension (high or low blood pressure)

• Diabetes

• Dysfunction of the Nervous System (eg. multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, motor neurone disease)

• Epilepsy

• Medical Oedema (swelling caused by fluid retention)

• Recent Operations

• Slipped Disc

• Trapped/Pinched or inflamed nerve (e.g. sciatica)​

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

(1:1 or small group bookings)

Once a booking has been made and accepted, cancellations will incur the following:

Cancellations made with 2 or more calendar days' notice - 100% refund

Cancellations made with less than 2 days calendar days’ notice - no refund

​Cancellation requests must be made via email to info@listentofeel.com 

Any refunds will be issued to the bank card that was used to make the original booking.

(Corporate Events)

Once a booking has been made and accepted, cancellations will incur the following charges

Cancellations made with 10 calendar days' notice or more - no fees due 

Cancellations made within 5 - 10 calendar days' notice - 50% of fees due

Cancellations made with 4 calendar days’ notice or less - full fees due
