This is to ensure that I am able to provide you with correct information on how I may alter the treatment, guided by the medical information given to me on the form or whether an Indian Head Massage is suitable for you medically

2. To create statistical data which I may use to provide and improve my services

Amy Rogers is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides me with the online platform to allow me to sell my services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
